What is a custom show?

RE: Powerpoint

Hi Gemma,

Thank you for your question.

A Custom Show can be used to break a large presentation into smaller related chunks.

E.g. If you had a companywide presentation that covered all departments, you could create a Custom Show for each department that contains the relevant slides for each.

So from within the main presentation you can run each Custom Show independently.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

PowerPoint tip:

Multiple Presentations

You can open as many presentations as your computer memory can handle, this is good for copying slides from one to another. To view all open presentations on screen, use the Window, Arrange All command. To scroll through all open windows one after another use the Ctrl+F6 command.
