RE: office 2007
Hello Peter
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
Office 2007 is backwards compatible with 2003, i.e. any documents/files created in 2003 will be able to be opened, viewed and modified in 2007.
However if you are creating documents in 2007 that are to be opened in 2003 there are a couple of things to be aware of:
1. Some of the new/improved features in 2007, e.g. graphics, will not display in the same way as they do in 2007.
2. Users of 2003 will only be able to open 2007 documents if they have a compatibility pack installed, which is available from the Microsoft web site.
Kind regards
Amanda
