Package for cd

could this be explained again

RE: package for cd

Hello Paula

Thank you for your question.

The Package for CD option is used to be able to put a PowerPoint presentation and any linked files together onto a CD (or into a folder on a network). It will also give you the option of including PowerPoint Viewer, in case whoever is viewing the presentation doesn't have PowerPoint installed.

The link below is to a short tutorial on using the Pack to CD feature, if you are interested:

Kind regards
Amanda

PowerPoint tip:

Getting animations to play in slide show view

If you have a presentation that you know contains animations, but they are not playing in slide show view, try the following:

1. Go to Slide Show - Set up Show.

2. In the 'Show options' section of the dialogue box that appears, check to see if the box next to 'Show without animation' has been checked.

3. Remove the check and click OK - you should now be able to see the animations play in slide show view.
