How do I set the template to always open in the normal slide view rather than the outline view?

Thanks for your question.
One option is to save your presentation in the view you would like to see when it opens.
Alternatively you can change the way PowerPoint behaves when you open any new file. From the Tools menu choose Options > View and at the bottom of the dialog box select which view PowerPoint should use when opening a file.

PowerPoint tip:Moving shapes where you wantwhen you move shapes using your cursor arrows they jump around, so by holding down the CTRL key and using the arrows the shape moves where you want it to. |
