There are a number of things that you need to consider when you want to upload you webpage. Firstly you will need to purchase webspace with a web hosting company, the one that I personally use is easyspace. You will then need to get an ftp program such as cute ftp or ws_ftp. Once you have all of this you will be able to up load any webpages that you create in Microsoft Frontpage or Adobe/Macromedia Dreamweaver or any other web development software that you use.
