Thanks for the post - sorry for the late reply
What you are looking for is a scanned in image this can be done
When you go into tools and options click the mail format tab - then go into signature and click new then look for a click use this file as template - make sure you have created the signature scanned it in and saved it as a file
Then locate the file and you can use it for your signature
