Line Spacing

How do I fit a lot of information on to one slide?

RE: Line Spacing

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your question.

If you are typing lots of bullet points or paragraphs of text into a slide, when the text or bullet reaches the bottom border of the placeholder, an Autofit options box appears to the left.

Hover over that box with your mouse and click on the drop down arrow. You will then be presented with options of how to handle the overflow text.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

PowerPoint tip:

Rearrange bulleted text quickly

Here are some handy shortcut keys for rearranging bullet points on your slides.

Simply click anywhere within the bullet point you wish to reposition; then hold down Shift + Alt then use the Arrow Up or Arrow Down key depending on which direction you want to move the bullet point in (up or down).

The bullet point will move up or down one bullet point at a time.
