How do I insert a picture into a shape, then move the picture in order to find the best possible composition?

Thanks for the post - sorry for not getting back to you sooner

Well what you need to do to get pictures in shapes is first insert the shape - then right click the shape and click format shape - from the window that appears click in the drop down for fill - and choose fill effects

From there click the picture tab click select picture, this will take you to a window where you can locate the picture you need. When you are done click OK on the following windows
