Microsoft Outlook

In Contacts of Microsoft Outlook we have an "Internal Directory" which has an enormous amount of contacts which are used by everybody in the office.

Separately, we have another contact list for one of our executives who has equally hundreds of contacts. We have been asked to include these contacts in the "Internal Directory".

Could you please advice us which is the best and easiest way to do this.

We eagerly await your reply.

Thanl you for your kind assistance.

RE: Microsoft Outlook

Hi Norma

Thanks for your post. We would need to qualify a couple of things, are you running Microsoft Exchange Server, if so does your executive also have access to this?

This type of request is likely to fall into the bespoke/consultative area as we discussed with your other requirements yesterday.

Regards

Jacob
