How do I automate my show?

RE: Power Point

Hello Anne

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You can automate your slide show using transitions and animations.

You will find both of these features under the Slide Show menu in PowerPoint.

Animations allow you to add effects to text or objects on your slides, so they move onto the slides in slide show view.

Transitions allow you to add an effect between slides; and/or make one slide change to another after a designated period of time (i.e. slides change without you having to manually control this).

Kind regards
Amanda

PowerPoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
