Copying backgrounds
How do you copy the background picture from one PP presentation to another?
RE: Copying backgrounds
Hello Dan
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
The forum is designed to help support you with questions you have related to the training you have undertaken with us.
Therefore we are happy to answer any questions you have related to the Access Introduction course; however we can't guarantee that we can provide answers to questions you may have related to other applications or courses in future.
As this is your first post we are happy to provide some guidance in this instance.
If you use Insert - Slides from File in PowerPoint, and navigate to and select the presentation that contains a slide with the background you want to use; then select that slide from the previews that appear.
Tick the box that says 'Keep source formatting', and click Insert.
This will give you a copy of the slide; you can then change the text/content of the slide but still have the background showing.
If you want more than one slide with the same background, select the slide in the slides area on the left of the screen, and use Ctrl + D to create a duplicate slide; then again replace the content.
