Grouping

What is the quickest way to group all that is on the slide?

RE: Grouping

Hi Jenna

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Try using Ctrl + A to select everything on the slide; then on the Drawing toolbar, go to Draw and select Group.

If the Drawing toolbar is not showing on your screen, go to View - Toolbars - Drawing to show the toolbar.

PowerPoint tip:

Multiple Presentations

You can open as many presentations as your computer memory can handle, this is good for copying slides from one to another. To view all open presentations on screen, use the Window, Arrange All command. To scroll through all open windows one after another use the Ctrl+F6 command.
