How to imput a graph from another programme into the presentation?

Edited on Tue 20 Feb 2007, 12:45

Inserting graphs into powerpoint presentations

Hi Hollie,

That depends on the other program.

First you can try copying and pasting. Or you may be able to export the graph as an image file (eg. JPG or GIF) and then in Powerpoint choose Insert -> Picture and then browse to the image file you just created.

Hope this helps. If you require any instructions for a specific application, let us know.

Regards, Amanda
