how do i import an excel spreadsheet into a powerpoint slide?

Importing excel spreadsheets into powerpoint

Louise,

You can paste in cells from excel using Copy and Paste commands.

Or choose Insert -> Object... and select your excel spreadsheet file.

To have your powerpoint update itself automatically when changes are made on your excel document, check out this page, but this involves a bit of VBA coding.

I hope this answers your question and you enjoyed your Powerpoint Advanced training the other day.

Regards, Rich
