Does the PC have a sound card
Are the speakers plugged in and turned on
Does the Clip preview before
Is the file the correct format
Does the PPT have sound on it
Is the sound muted
Let me know if any of these help if not get back to me asap

RE: Movie clips
I have checked all of the above, sound is on and not muted. The clip is in Windows media format. The video clip starts fine and end fine there is just no sound!
RE: Movie clips
Hi Alev
Try running the video outside the Presentation i.e. using windows media player if it runs there then there is something that powerpoint is not allowing to run the video correctly
As this sounds like nothing wrong that you are doing in Powerpoint
If des not do the trick contact your IT dept
Thanks
