How do you effectively sync music and picture on Power Point?

How are you today, sorry we haven't got back to you sooner

There is not a real effective way of syncing music and pictures
the best way round it would be by inserting both sound and pictures - then go to the tools or slide show menu - then click custom animation

From the right hand side of the screen, add an animation effect - then from the object in the list on th right, click the drop down list for the object and go to the timing with previous (now this depends on which order the objects are in

Ways to make exact copies of shapes

There are several ways of making exact copies (duplicates) of shapes you have already drawn in PowerPoint:

1. Use Copy and Paste.

2. Select the shape you wish to duplicate and use Ctrl + D.

3. Select the shape to be duplicated, then hold down the Ctrl key while you drag to the position where you want the duplicate shape to appear.
