Hello Mary
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
You can save an attachment from an email by right-clicking on the attachment and selecting Save As...
You will then be able to save the attachment where you like on your network.
With regards to removing from your inbox, are you referring to the attachment only or the email message and attachment?
