How to ajdust margins ensuring that all slides are the same

You need to adjust the Slide Master, Stuart.

Go to View, Masters, Slide Master and set the margins you want on there.

Bear in mind that custom slide not following the master will have different margins - these will have to be set manually.

Change an AutoShape to a different shape quickly

Having drawn and formatted an AutoShape, you can quickly change the existing shape to a different one while still preserving the formatting changes you made. Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
