Is it possible to save a custom colour in Microsoft Office that will then be available in all future Office documents?

How are you thanks for the post sorry its taken a while to get back to you

When you change colours on the theme in a program this will be available, but only to the program you are in not the other applications of office

PowerPoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
