Size of text when printing

When I print emails from Outlook they normally come out with text size around 10/12 point spread over several pages depending on email length.

However sometimes the text size is reduced to around 7/8 point making it very difficult to read. This does not seem to be because of the length of the email but just random.

I have not found any page/print setup section in which to specfiy how many pages an email is orinted over of the size of the text.

Any help much appreciated.

RE: Size of text when printing

Hello Amy

Thank you for your question.

I don't know if you have Internet Explorer 7 on your computer (this is the version of Internet Explorer where you can open pages on multiple tabs in the same window rather than opening web pages in separate windows), but this seems to be a known issue for people who have installed IE 7
(see http://techrepublic.com.com/5208-6230-0.html?forumID=101& ;threadID=204257&messageID=2123529)

One of the threads on the above links suggests doing the following:
1. In Outlook go to Tools | Options...
2. In the Preferences Tab select "E-Mail Options..." and mark the "Read all mail in plain text" option.

I hope this helps, if not let us know.

Thanks
Amanda
