How are you doing today, im sorry for not getting back to you before now

Now as far as i know there is no way apart from re-naming the file or opening it up before hand

Well there is one way when you attach file when you go to insert the pic, you could click on the insert dropdown list and click hyperlink this will do it but will only work for a network file not external e-mails
