how do you move boxes in org charts and keep the connectors connected to them?

RE: org charts

Hi Joelle,

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the forum, in answer to your question, if you know that there is a possibility that you will be moving your boxes, you should connect them with the connectors found on the Drawing Toolbar Click AutoShapes and choose the Connectors option, when using these you will see a connection point on the box appear, connect to this point and then in your next box also connect to the connection point, you will then find that when you move the boxes the connectors will 'hold on'. I hope that has helped, regards Pete

Rearrange bulleted text quickly

Here are some handy shortcut keys for rearranging bullet points on your slides.

Simply click anywhere within the bullet point you wish to reposition; then hold down Shift + Alt then use the Arrow Up or Arrow Down key depending on which direction you want to move the bullet point in (up or down).

The bullet point will move up or down one bullet point at a time.
