Powerpoint

If you pack and go does it allow presentations done in powerpoint 2007 to be run in earlier versions?

RE: powerpoint

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for the post and welcome to the forum.

The Pack and Go operation or as it is called in 2003 Pack to CD will allow you to place the presentation in a folder and from there either burn it to CD or copy it to a memory stick, when you use this operation you should automatically include the PowerPoint Viewer, this will allow the presentation to be viewed on a PC even though it does not have PowerPoint installed. So the answer to your question is: Yes but it does not require PowerPoint as it uses the Viewer.

I hope that has helped, regards Pete

PowerPoint tip:

Use Paint Brush to do Multiple Formating in Powerpoint

To copy a format from one piece of text or from a Text box in Powerpoint to multiple words or Text boxes

1. Select the word/text box with the format that you want to copy

2. Double-click on the paint brush icon on the Toolbar

When you move to the word/text box where you want to paste the format you will notice that a paint brush follows the cursor.

Paste the format to all the words and text boxes you need to format.

When finished go back to the paint brush on the Toolbar and single click on it to deactivate the function.
