how do you add more images

RE: Powerpoint

Hi Lisa,
Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your post, in answer to your question, adding images either one or many follow the same steps:
1. Open your PowerPoint presentation and select the slide you want to insert the graphic into.
2. Go to the Insert menu and select Picture, then select From File.
3. Navigate to a picture file on your hard disk.
4. Select the file and click Insert. The picture appears on the slide.
5. Resize the graphic by dragging one of the handles (hollow squares positioned around the outside edges of the graphic). Or use the method that I showed you to fill a shape with a picture.
6. Position the graphic on the slide by dragging it to where you want it to appear.
7. Select the picture to display the Picture toolbar. Use the toolbar buttons to crop the picture, add a border and sharpen contrast.

I hope that helps, if so please remember to click the resolved link, regards Pete

PowerPoint tip:

Use Paint Brush to do Multiple Formating in Powerpoint

To copy a format from one piece of text or from a Text box in Powerpoint to multiple words or Text boxes

1. Select the word/text box with the format that you want to copy

2. Double-click on the paint brush icon on the Toolbar

When you move to the word/text box where you want to paste the format you will notice that a paint brush follows the cursor.

Paste the format to all the words and text boxes you need to format.

When finished go back to the paint brush on the Toolbar and single click on it to deactivate the function.
