Hi Joy, Thanks for the post, welcome to the forum, in answer to your question, printing with or without notes on handouts is accomplished from the print dialog box, File>Print and in the Print what: section of the dialog box, make your choices, handouts without notes (space for delegates to enter their own notes) or Notes Pages which will print one slide with related notes below.
Alternatively you could send your slide show to Word; File>Send to>Microsoft Office Word and make your choices from the dialog box which opens.
