How do we get all pictures on one slide the same size? is there a easyw ay to do this all in one go? thanks..

Thanks for your question.
What you could do is right-click on the picture that is the size you wish to make all the pictures, then go to Format Picture - Size and see what the height and width of that picture is.
Then you could select the other pictures on the slide (click on one, hold down Shift and click on the other pictures to select them all at once) then right-click and go to Format Picture - Size, uncheck the Lock Aspect Ratio box and enter the same height and width measurements in and click OK. The pictures might look at bit distorted however.
Give this a go and see if it works OK for you.
