How do you set up default styles (Fonts & Colours) for all outgoing emails

RE: Outlook 2007 default font settings

Dear Daivd,

How are you finding working with Office 2007 so far? I hope you found the training useful.

I have put down some steps for changing the default font settings in Outlook 2007.

    1. Open Outlook 2007 > Tools menu > Options
    2. Select Mail Format tab > click button Stationery and Fonts
    3. Select Personal Stationery tab
    4. Change each type of message font formats to your preferences
    5. Press OK
