how can you use powerpoint for the creation of PDF.Because i am designing a website and i need to embed pdf file.

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.
You need to have a separate piece of software to create PDF files. Normally you would need Adobe Acrobat Writer installed, but you can get free downloads of PDF creation software from the internet (e.g. PDF995, CutePDF).
If you are using free software they normally install themselves as an additional print driver, so you can go File - Print, select the print driver and click OK; then the PDF is created for you.
