Powerpoint 2003

What is the quickest way of copying slides to each presentation?

RE: Powerpoint 2003

Hi Lesley

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

If there are slides in a presentation which you would like to use in another presentation, then you can go to Insert - Slides from Files. Then browse to the presentation that contains the slides you wish to use.

When you select the file and click the Open button, you will see miniture previews of all the slides in that presentation.

Click on the slide or slides you wish to use in your current presentation and click Insert; then Close.

I hope this helps.
Amanda

PowerPoint tip:

Run presentation manually

If you have saved slide timings but want to run the presentaion without the timings, choose Slide Show, Set Up Show command, and under Advance Slides, click on Manually. When you want the timings on again, select Using Timings, If present.
