In the animation sequence, is it possible to have two items move at the same time?

Thank you for your question.
What you would need to do, to have two items appear on your slide at the same time is to:
1. Make sure you have the Custom Animation task pane showing on your screen (Slide show - Custom Animation).
2. Add your animation effects.
3. From the task pane, select the box for the animation effect that you want to have occur at the same time as the previous effect.
4. Use the dropdown arrow on the right-hand side of the box representing the animation effect; and select the Start with Previous option.
5. Click the Play button at the bottom of the task pane to preview the sequence of effects.
