Saraniya Pathmanathan,
Finance Assistant

The trainer explained the integration and progression of Microsoft 365 tools well, offering useful insights into how they work together. However, the pace felt a bit slow, and much of the content was self-explanatory. A more streamlined approach could improve engagement for those already familiar with the basics.
