How to unprotect a cell when the worksheet is locked
First unlock the worksheet (Tools > Protection > Unlock Worksheet)
Then unprotect the cell (right click on cell > format cells > protection tab)
Relock the worksheet if required (Tools > Protection > Lock Worksheet)
