Is poor time management damaging your business (US survey results)

We understand the vital importance of effective time management when it comes to improving productivity, quality and morale in the office, but wanted to discover how employees are really managing their time in workplaces across America. To find out, we conducted a survey of 1,500 US adults in full-time employment, aged between 18 and 65.

The results of this survey demonstrated just how important time management training is amongst US workforces. Despite 67% of employees describing their time management abilities as 'excellent' or 'very good', our survey found that 64% of respondents have completed work-related activities outside of job hours in order to stay on top of their workload, and a further 64% of employees do not use any kind of time management system on a regular basis.

The findings of our survey suggest that employees may be struggling to manage their work schedules effectively, often overestimating their time management abilities and costing US business money. You can find the full results of the survey below:
