Yes,

Simply select the drawing you want to copy (Ctrl + A selects All objects).

Then copy and paste to the application you want to.
If you double click on the pasted object, it will open in Visio.


You could also do it another way:


In PowerPoint for example, click INSERT > OBJECT, then scroll down till you find VISIO. Point it to the file you want to insert, and its done.
