Hi Sarah,

How would you describe the missing columns?

They might be hidden, so simply select the columns to the left and right of the missing ones, and then RIGHT CLICK > UNHIDE.

Excel tip:

Large Icons on toolbar

You can make the buttons on your toolbars bigger by going to Tools / Customize / Options / select Large icons.
