Formulas

What is a formula and how do I calculate it?

RE: Formulas

Hi Suzanne

A formula is a specific set of characters that include mathematical expressions to calculate answers.

An example is:

=1+2

or

=A1+B2

Whenever you start a formula, you must use an "=" sign. This tells Excel that you are about to enter a mathematical formula.

Regards

Richard

Right click and choose group. Give the cell a name.

When you double click on this cell it will either expamd or collapse your grouped area
