Unit 1 Pratice Activity

Hi

I preformed step 9 'set print titles so that the company, subtitle and tour names appear on every page' Once I print them out everything is fine but i notice only page 1 contains the full subtitle "Average tour sales per representative 2003-2006". For the rest of the printed pages this line is truncated. Why is this? I know can 'wrap text' the cell A2 but it doesnt look as nice as the truncated part goes underneath. Please advise.

Thanks and regards

Eric

RE: Unit 1 Pratice Activity

Hi Eric,

Thanks for your question. You're quite right, if you set column A to print on all pages, and some text flows over to column B, the only two solutions to see the hidden bits are either to set text wrapping in the affected cell or to widen column A to prevent text to flow into column B. Not much else to do except perhaps to reduce the font size of the problem text.

I hope this helps!

Kind regards
