Can text be put into single line spacing?

Hi Anne

Thanks for getting in touch. If you're referring to line spacing for text inside a cell, Excel isn't really designed to do that.

If your text is in successive rows, you can adjust the row height by dragging the dividers between rows up and down.

Excel tip:

Selecting blank cells within a range of data

Select the range of data which includes the blank cells that you would like to select. Press the F5 key, this will take you to the GoTo dialogue box where you can click on Special and then select Blanks.
