Excel - printing into adobe

I have a report in excel with graphs, text, table etc and need to print into one page on adobe.
The print parameters do not allow the whole page to be used. I end up with a compressed report in the middle or top half of a page.
How can I cover the whole page please?

Thanks
Margaret

RE: Excel - printing into adobe

Hello Margaret,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Excel Advanced course with Best STL.

Thank you for your question regarding printing from Excel into pdf format.

I presume you have checked your margin settings etc. and that the area for printing in Excel has been selected correctly.

It's difficult for me to give exact instructions to fix your problem since I am not able to observe what you are doing. What I would suggest is, if you are able to, download a free version of PDF995 which is a PDF printer software tool which makes printing pdf's much easier.

Also, you may try the free version of PDF Creator software which also makes printing easier.

Whilst we do not endorse these programs we have found them to be of great use when printing pdf's.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,
