Can I hide the sound symbol when I've added a sound to a slide so that it just happens when the slide comes up, without my having to click on it?
Hi Ettaline, thanks for your query. First, when you insert the sound file, make sure you select "Automatically" from the option box that appears. This will cause the sound to play immediately on slide entry. Secondly, simply drag the loudspeaker icon off the edge of the slide. It will then be invisible to the audiance! If you need it invisible on the slide, draw a white/background colour rectangle over it.
Hope this helps,
Anthony
