Hello Sara

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

To centre data on a page before printing, go to File - Page Setup and select the Margins tab.

You will have two check boxes at the bottom of the dialogue box, one to centre vertically, the other to centre horizontally.

Click OK, then print.
