What is the project triangle??
Hi Stefanie
Thank you for your question. The project triangle is a way of representing the interconnectedness of Scope, Time, Money. The idea is that if one of the elements changes the other two will be impacted - a change can't happen in isolation. Quality is also added to the triangle to remind everyone that all changes impact on quality.
I hope this helps - do let us know if you need any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
