How are you doing, sorry its taken me a while to get back to you

So to recap on what pivot tables are about, from your data that you want to make into a pivot table select the entire data area including headings, then go to the insert ribbon and click on the pivot table button

Then go through the steps that follow

after you have completed these you can layout the table as you want from the boxes on the righthand side of your screen

every field in your pivot table is also filterable from the dropdown lists on the fields
