How to delegate successfully
One of the most vital skills business workers need to learn as their responsibilities expand and grow is delegation. If you don't master the art of handing work to your team and trusting someone else to complete the task, there is a chance you will never reach your full potential.
There are many things that can go wrong during the delegation process; miscommunication, lack of support and no clear objectives and goals can all lead to the delegation being unsuccessful. And of course, this makes it even less likely that delegation of future tasks will be welcomed.
