Outlook email

how do i change the appearance of my emails coming in from a specific person? ie to appear in the inbox in a different colour

RE: Outlook email

Dear Liz

Thank you for attending eth Course with me last week. It was a real pleasure.

I have managed to find this out.

Please ensure that you are on Mail
Choose > Tools > Organise
YOu will see Ways to Organize Inbox section just below the toolbars.
Choose Using colors.
Click on any of the e-mail you received from that sepcific person
It should automatically chnage teh name or e-mail address in the Color messages section.
Choose the colour you require and press Apply colour

This should change all the colours of the e-mails sent by that specific person to the specified colour.

Please clcik resolved if it has helped you in answering the question.

Kindest Regards
