How do I create custom buttons for a macro on my toolbar

Hi James. Go to Tools - Customise and select the Command tab. Then in Categories, choose macros and drag one of the smileys on the left hand side up onto your toolbar. Then right click on that smiley and select assign macro. Simple as that!

Excel tip:

Using an equal (=) sign that isn't part of a formula

Before you type the equal sign, type an apostrophe: '
Then type your equal sign: = (and anything else you want to add after your equal sign)
Press ENTER.

(the apostraphe will disappear
