Why same a presentation as a "pot" rather than a "ppt"?
Pot is the file extension for a PowerPoint Template
You can use this for saving a template to use again and again. It will be read only so if you modiofy the file, it will not save the changes onto the original file.
If you are working in a slide that includes more than one column of bulleted items, press Ctrl+Enter to move to the next column of bullets. Pressing Ctrl+Enter again will create a new identical slide.
