Sending email from another person's inbox

I want to be able to reply to emails in my boss' inbox, but reply as myself, not as my boss. If I change my boss' name to mine, the system says I don't have permission to do this. Any suggestions?

RE: sending email from another person's inbox

Hi Gabriel,

Thanks for your question.

I understand the problem but the system is geared up to deal with individual accounts, so it does not have a setting to sent emails from someone else whilst in your personal account. All I can suggest is to reply using the system and put your own signature to it.

Which goes to prove my point that this software is not designed for bosses and secretaries! Thank you.

Outlook tip:

Banish spam from your inbox

To set filters for your incoming mail:

1. On the menu bar, go to Tools - Options.
2. Select Preferences, then Junk Mail.
3. Set filtering levels as per your requirements.
4. Create list of Blocked Senders and Safe Senders to keep spammers at bay and allow messages from colleagues, friends and family to come through to your inbox.
