how would you calculate percentages in a excel spread sheet?

RE: excel introduction

Hello Rochelle,

Calculate percentages as you would on a calculator. Divide the two numbers, then instead of multiplying by 100, simply format the cell results to Percentage. This adds the percent symbol and multiplies by 100

Excel tip:

Switching Between Spreadsheets

As the Alt+Tab key switches between loaded applications or files, Ctrl+Tab switches between loaded or open Excel files. Hold down the Ctrl key until you have tabbed to the correct spreadsheet.
