Distribution lists

How can I hide the list of addresees when mailing a distrubution list?

RE: Distribution lists

You could try putting the address in the BCC (Blind Copy) field and clicking the + to expand it into the individual adresses.

Every one on the list will receive the e-mail but no-one else will be able to see the other addresses.

Kind regards,

Ruth

Outlook tip:

Place Office Documents in Public Folders

To place an Office document in an Outlook Public folder:

1. Open the folder where the required document is held
2. Right click on the document
3. Click Copy
4. Open the target folder in Outlook Public Folders
5. Click in the folder
6. Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (Paste)

The document should now be available to all who have permissions to view that folder.
